Experience
Evan brings 20 years of middle-market private equity experience, most recently as a Partner at Incline Equity Partners, where he was a founding member of the lower-middle-market Incline Elevate fund extension. At Incline, he led transactions in the business services, distribution and manufacturing sectors with a focus on founder- and family-owned businesses. Prior to Incline, he held senior roles at PAI Partners and CI Capital Partners and began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers. At Brenton Point, he will focus on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation as well as overall firm strategy and leadership.
Education
Evan holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Longwood University.
Personal
Outside the office, he and his wife are proud parents to three children. No dog needed – Evan’s youngest child has that role covered, serving as both family pet and official mascot. On weekends, Evan moonlights as an Uber driver shuttling the kids to every practice and activity on the calendar, except the tips are nonexistent, and the passengers always need snacks.
